Lisa De Paepe VOORWOORD Met de uiteenzetting die volgt sluit ik mijn jaren als student aan de faculteit economie en bedrijfskunde af. De keuze voor de master ‘management en IT’ was voor mij evident. ERP-systemen en processen hebben mij steeds geboeid en ik ben blij dat ik me hier tijdens deze masterproef in heb kunnen verdiepen. In de opdracht zelf heb ik de nodige tijd en energie gestoken en zonder de steun van enkele mensen zou ik dit nooit tot een goed einde kunnen gebracht hebben. Graag wil ik enkele mensen bedanken voor de onvoorwaardelijke steun. Ten eerste mijn ouders, Geert, Alexander en Laura. De eersten hebben ervoor gezorgd dat ik deze studie heb kunnen volgen. Allen hebben ze mij in stressvolle tijden bijgestaan en geadviseerd. Ook wil ik graag Paquita bedanken, omdat ze altijd voor mij klaarstond. Mijn promotor, Mevrouw Greet Maes, wil ik bedanken voor de begeleiding. Ik kon steeds bij haar terecht bij vragen en onduidelijkheden. Ook alle geïnterviewden wil ik bedanken voor hun tijd en gedrevenheid. Ik hoop dat zij ook tevreden zijn met het resultaat. Mijn stagementoren, Geert Bouckaert en Wim Vanhauwaert, hebben ervoor gezorgd dat ik een fantastisch en leerrijk semester achter de rug heb en me daarnaast ook kon focussen op deze masterproef. Ook zou ik graag alle andere professoren en lesgevers waar ik in deze master les van kreeg willen bedanken voor hun enthousiasme en mijn medestudenten voor het toffe jaar.
