Email [email protected] www.cottenhamvillagesociety.ukfamilies.com Whirl & Twirl Round dancing is choreographed ballroom dancing. It is a social, non-competitive activity, for fun rather than competition. Dancers are directed verbally by the cuer so there is no need to memorize the whole dance. It is also challenging for the mind and body. The music covers a wide range and includes rhythms such as Waltz, Foxtrot, Cha Cha, Rumba and Tango. Whirl & Twirl is a club which welcomes in people of all ages. It offers a family atmosphere with the opportunity to dance in a safe caring environment. Dancers learn at their own pace with no pressure placed upon them. Our round dance cuer will give guidance and advise whenever it is needed. The club holds club nights on Wednesday evenings throughout most of the year at 7 pm at the Cottenham Community Centre. You are always welcome to come and see what we do. Alternatively you can contact Suzanne for more information in the evenings and at weekends on 07958 545 754.
