Wild Place Project & Bristol Zoo Gardens Dual Membership Terms and Conditions (11th April 2016) Dual membership may be taken out at any time and will be valid for a full 12 months from date of purchase. Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Proof of concession is required and a date of birth must be given for all children under 18 years. Dual members receive one membership card per person and will have a photo taken at Bristol Zoo Gardens that will be incorporated into the card and will be stored on their file. A secondary proof of ID may be requested upon entry. No entry can be allowed without a valid card. If you forget your card we cannot guarantee entry into Bristol Zoo Gardens or Wild Place Project. Photocopies of dual memberships will not be accepted. Any use or attempted dual membership sharing is not permitted and will result in access being refused and the dual membership being revoked without compensation to any person including the dual member. All dual memberships remain the property of the Bristol Zoological Society and can be withdrawn at any time. Dual memberships are non-transferable and cannot be sold, loaned or given away or used by a third party. A dual membership will automatically be deemed void and shall be revoked without compensation if sold, loaned or given away. In order to use the guest admission discount, the dual member must accompany the guests during their visit. A replacement fee of £5 will be charged for each lost card. Other membership items cannot be replaced. Members gain free entry to Colchester Zoo, Chester Zoo (one visit per year), Belfast Zoo, Edinburgh Zoo, Marwell Zoological Park (one entry per year) and Woburn Safari Park (one entry per year, Woburn members cannot gain entry to Bristol Zoo with a Woburn toddlers pass) as part of a reciprocal agreement. Please contact individual zoos / safari parks for terms and conditions of this arrangement before visiting. A valid membership card and welcome letter with proof of expiry date is required upon entry. This benefit is facilitated by other Zoos and is subject to change at any time. Dual membership features may be subject to change at any time. No refunds can be made. Entry is subject to availability and normal opening hours. Bristol Zoo Gardens and Wild Place Project reserves the right to refuse admis- sion. After one year’s continuous dual membership, a discount of 15% is available off next year’s dual membership if renewed before lapsing. Once dual membership has expired, members have a 30 days grace period in which to renew and still benefit from a 10% discount. Bristol Zoo Gardens car parking, when spaces are available, costs £1. If the parking fees increase during your dual membership you will still receive a dual members discount compared with the day guest charge. Join on the day of your visit, or buy within seven days of your visit and entrance fees paid for those named on the application form can be deducted from the total due. The refund excludes any voluntary donation paid on admission. The entrance receipt must be attached. This offer is not valid for free memberships such as carers or under 2s. 20% discount on friends and family admission all year round during normal opening hours, or a 50% discount on friends and family admission on Member Mondays (every Monday excluding Bank Holidays) at both Bristol Zoo Gardens and Wild Place Project. The 10% discount in Bristol Zoo Gardens and Wild Place Project gift shop cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and excludes drinks, confectionery and ice cream. Minimum spend of £5 applies. A 15% discount applies on Activity Centre retail items and a minimum spend of £5 applies..
