Olympic gold medalist and 100m world record holder Aries Merritt will also make his season debut in the 60m hurdles, presented by Zenni Eyewear. Shot Put will be a feature event, as Ryan Crouser attempts to best his first throw of the ATL season on Jan 24th that broke the indoor world record at 74 feet, 10.5 inches (22.82). Crouser feels that with his rest and training, there is more there to accomplish. The women will also get their first chance this season to compete, featuring Raven Saunders who was fifth in the Rio Olympics.
