Representative Fannin presented the bill to the committee. Representative Carter announced that amendments were pending. Representative Carmody presented the amendments that would provide as follows: (1) Adds proposed law provisions relative to the responsibilities of the Louisiana Community and Technical College System Board of Supervisors and the Southern University Board of Supervisors to establish branch campuses at Louisiana State University at Shreveport.
