Rome Judicial Circuit Judge Tami P. Colston, who was fi lling in for Cherokee Judicial Circuit Judge Su- zanne H. Smith, sentenced Andrew Vincent Moore, 43, to 10 years for the hijacking charge. The fi rst three years of that sentence are to be served in confi nement, with the remainder to be served on probation. According to a Bartow Superior Court bill of indictment, the defendant attempted to obtain a vehicle from a motorist “by force and intimidation” on or about April 15, 2018, near Highway 20.
