Note:- The EOI(Expression Of Interest) advertised vide Adv: # INF(P) 713/20 dated 20/02/2020 for the works mentioned at Sl No; 1,2,3 & B(1) may be considered as cancel. Terms & Conditions for E-Bidding:-

1. The Bids shall be submitted electronically through E-Bidding on or before the fixed date /time. 2. The bidder shall submit the bids with requisite documents through courier including 2% Bid Security of the estimated cost + stamp duty in the shape of call deposit (original) in sealed Envelope before closing date and time. 3. The bidders who quote their bids/rates more than 10% below on the Engineers estimate shall also submit an additional security in sealed envelope through courier in the form of call Deposit equal to 8% of the Estimated Cost. In case the bid is not accompanied by the additional security then bid shall be considered as non-responsive. 4. Those contractors, who quote rate on BOQ without holding the Mandatory PEC relevant Categories as mentioned above shall be stand non-responsive and shall be liable to rejection of their bid. 5. The original and all copies of the bid shall be typed or written in Readable ink and shall be signed by a person or persons duly authorized to sign (Form H shall be attached) if applicable. All pages of the bid/ tender documents shall be initialed and official seal be affixed by the person or persons signing the bid. 6. The bid security shall be forfeited if a bidder withdraws his bid, with in the validity period therefore, in case of a successful bidder, who repudiates the contract or fails to furnish performance security. The Bid Security upto 3rd Lower Bidder will not be released till Approval of Tender by the Competent Authority. 7. All federal and provincial duties /stamp duty /taxes including sales tax will be recoverable as per directives of the government issued from time to time. 8. Electronic bids will be valid for Ninety (90) days from the closing date of bids. 9. Call Deposit of Scheduled Banks shall be acceptable. No Bank cheque or pay order shall be acceptable. 10. If any document submitted along with bid documents found false /bogus the registration of the contractor/ firm shall stands cancelled/black listed. 11. Any disfiguring /over writing, manipulation in the tender shall be liable to rejection. 12. Only the first two figures after decimal of the rate will be considered for evaluation of the bid. 13. Incomplete, conditional and bids without 2% of earnest money or without additional security (if applicable) shall be considered as non-responsive. 14. The work shall not be assigned / Subletted to other contractors / firms by the lowest bidder without written approval of the undersigned, otherwise his contract will be rescind and his 2% earnest money will be forfeited in favour of Government. 15. The bidding documents can be purchased from Divisional Office Malakand at Payment of Rs. 1000 (Non-refundable) during office hours upto one day prior to last date of submission of bids. 16. All the bidders are required to be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority, established under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Act 2013(Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Act No.XXI of 2013) for works consulting and non-consulting services as listed in scheduled –II of the Act IBID. 17.
