Local Government Boundary Commission: Notification of a consultation on the proposals to revise the electoral divisions of Dorset County Council. www.consultation.lgbce.org.uk deadline for responses is 1st December 2014. b. Item 10 EDDC Planning Decisions

Application Location Proposal Decision No: 3/14/0496/ful Black Barn Farm, The creation of a new farmstead Refuse Hinton Martell incorporating the erection of an agricultural worker’s dwelling, two agricultural buildings with associated hard standing and formation of a private way as amended by plans received 22.1.14 3/14/0833/LBC Old Quarry, Pound Install ground floor window in Permit Hill, Witchampton south east elevation. Re-instate stud wall to ground floor bathroom. New stud wall enclosure to first floor bedroom to form shower cubicle. Form new internal doorway on first floor. Install external cast iron soil pipe.

Item 11 Other Planning Matters: a. Harlequin Group: Proposal to install 30m high lattice tower mobile phone base on land at the end of Coach Road, Downside, All Hallows, Wimborne St Giles, BH21 5NJ. Part of the rural broadband delivery project for the Department of Culture Media and Sport. b. Application to Carry out Tree Works:, Amen Cottage, Gussage All ~Saints. To remove the lowest three branches of a conifer to allow the construction of a free standing tree house. c. Application to Carry out Tree Works, Gussage House, Gussage All Saints. To fell all Poplars in the areas marked in red on the plan. To fell Cherry Trees along the driveway with a view to replacing them. d. Application to Carry Out Tree Works, Otterspool, Harley Lane, Gussage All Saints. T1, Yew on the boundary with Shires Barn – reduce the crown by 25% as overhanging neighbours roof

To approve the revised Audit Plan for 2014. iii. To approve the revised Characteristics and Standards of effectiveness of the Internal Audit 2014. iv. To approve the replacement of the Hinton Martell Notice Board. v. To approve the purchase of a new lap-top and accounting programme for the Clerk. vi. To approve the transfer of £364 currently in the Earmarked Funds for the Rest and be Thankful Seat maintenance into a separate account for the replacement of the seat. vii.
