Dear Parents,

The end of our school year is rapidly approaching, and we are deep into planning for next school year. Unless there are unforeseen events, it is our expectation that next school year will be a return to a full slate of normal schedules and activities. It is our intent to open the school year in July with full five day-a-week schedules across our sites.

For parents who prefer remote instruction, we will have four distinct options available through our Vail Innovation Center (VIC). One of these options will be Vail Virtual Live which will replace the current Brick-to-Click remote model. If you or anyone you know is interested in remote learning, please see the attached flyer from VIC.

As we plan for next year, we also want to hear from you. I, along with our Governing Board, will be hosting a series of town halls to have an opportunity to listen and get your feedback on critical issues moving forward. There will be three in-person town hall dates and one Zoom date. Due to space restrictions, we are asking you to please RSVP for the events. All events will start at 6:00PM. The dates and locations are as follows:

Thursday, April 22nd @ Andrada Polytechnic High School

Monday, April 26th @ Cienega High School

Wednesday, April 28th @ Mica Mountain High School

Tuesday, May 4th - Virtual via Zoom
