Entrambe sono terminate in parità: 3 a 3 sia nella sfida tra il Park Tennis Club Genova e il TC Italia di Forte dei Marmi che in quella tra il TC Prato e il Circolo Canottieri Aniene campione d’Italia in carica. Tutto rinviato, quindi, allegare di ritorno, in programma domenica 29 novembre. La finale scudetto si disputerà sabato 5 e domenica 6 dicembre a Montecatini Terme. Genovesi in vantaggio grazie a Fabio Fognini; pareggio toscano con il successo di Matteo Marrai su Pietro Ansaldo. La vittoria di Walter Trusendi, dopo 3 ore di gioco, su Gianluca Mager, ha portato avanti il TC Italia; immediata la replica di Alessandro Giannessi. Il primo doppio ha visto prevalere Filippo Volandri e Matteo Viola su Fabio Fognini e Alessandro Ceppellini; nel secondo, dopo aver perso il primo set, Andrea Arnaboldi e Gianluca Mager hanno conquistato il punto del definitivo pareggio.
