Click the Retailer Services Portal link at the bottom of the mnlottery.com home page, or go to mn-lsp.lotteryservices.com. 2. Enter your retailer number. 3. Enter your terminal ID number. (This is listed to the right of TERMINAL on your sign- on receipt.) 4. Enter your passcode (the number you use to sign onto your terminal). 5. Enter your username. This can be any name you choose, provided someone else has not used it, but must be at least six characters. 6. Enter a password. It must be at least eight characters long and must contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character. 7. Enter your title (i.e., Manager, etc.). This cannot contain any spaces. 8. Upon completion of registration, you will receive an email titled “Welcome to the Retailer Services Portal.” Your registration/account is not active/authenticated until you select “CLICK HERE” within the email. Once you select “CLICK HERE,” you will be directed back to the login home page. You can now log in to your account. 4 GENERAL INFORMATION How to Claim Lottery Prizes Players should sign the back of their tickets in the space provided upon purchase. Prizes up to $599 on a single ticket can be claimed at any Lottery retailer (provided funds are available) or by mail. Winners of prizes between $600 and $50,000 on a single ticket must claim their prize at any Lottery office or by mail with a completed Ticket Claim Form. Winners of prizes over $50,000 on a single ticket must claim the prize in person at Lottery headquarters, 2645 Long Lake Rd, Roseville, MN. Office hours are Monday- Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Players claiming prizes of more than $50,000 are asked to call Customer Support at (651) 635-8273 before claiming the prize. It takes approximately 90 minutes to cash the ticket and pay the prize. Tickets for lotto games (anything printed by a Lottery machine, like Powerball, Hot Lotto, Gopher 5, etc.) expire one year from the date of the drawing. Scratch tickets expire one year after the game officially ends. If the one-year deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, players have until the end of the next business day to claim the prize. Winning Lotto Numbers Players can get the winning numbers on mnlottery.com. Ordering Supplies Order ticket stock and play slips via your Lottery terminal. 5 SCRATCH GAMES 6 SCRATCH GAMES Information Kits A new game information kit will be delivered to the store prior to each new game start. Scratch News includes information on new game start dates, game end dates and last dates to claim prizes.     DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE Colorado Lottery LOTTERY RULES AND REGULATIONS 1 CCR 206-1 Rule 14.E MULTI-STATE JACKPOT GAME, “LUCKY FOR LIFE®” BASIS AND PURPOSE OF RULE 14.E The purpose of Rule 14.E is to provide details and requirements for the Colorado Lottery Multi-State Jackpot Game “Lucky for Life®” such as sale of Tickets, payment of Prizes, and method for selecting and validating winning Tickets. The statutory bases for Rule 14.E are C.R.S. 44-40-101, 44-40- 109(1)(a) and (2), and 44-40-113 and 44-40-114. 14.E.1 General Provisions A. The Multi-State Jackpot Game known as “Lucky for Life®” shall be conducted pursuant to the following Rules and Regulations and such further instructions and directives as the Colorado Lottery Director and Colorado Lottery Commission may issue. If a conflict arises between Rule 14 Multi-State Jackpot Lottery Games and this Rule 14.E, Rule 14.E shall apply. If a conflict arises between this Rule 14.E and the “Lucky for Life®” Official Game Rule provided by the New England Lotteries, the “Lucky for Life®” Official Game Rule shall apply. 14.E.2 Definitions In addition to the definitions provided in section 1.2 of Rule 1 General Rules, Regulations, and Definitions and section 14.2 of Rule 14 Multi-State Jackpot Lottery Games: A. “Annuitized Payment Option” means payment of a Top Prize or Second Prize in equal payments or installments. The Annuitized Payment Option shall be calculated on an annual basis. B. “Cash Option” means payment of a Top Prize or Second Prize in a single cash payment equal to the value of the non-annuitized Prize.
