This document lists a few popular Firefox and browser add-ons, which browsing more efficient and enjoyable.

Clipmarks:

Bookmarks are great. They make it easy to access a web page, without having to type in the address. Unfortunately, bookmarks saved in a browser work only in that computer. But what if you work on multiple computers and want to access all your bookmarks on all the computers? Simple, connect to the Internet and start using Foxmarks. Honestly, how many times have you forgotten to do things you had in mind? For most of us, the answer usually is - “A lot”. Wouldn‟t it be great if your computer could remind you of all the activities that you have planned for the day? Not everyone has Outlook or fancy software on their computer to handle this. Hyperwords:

With Hyperwords, you can now interact with words on the web, not just . For every word that you highlight on a web page, a menu pops-up with a whole bunch of options. Hyperwords is an incredible add-on that takes browsing and searching to new level.

Cooliris Previews:

Cooliris Previews gives you the power to browse and share web links and rich media faster. Just mouse over any link, and the Cooliris Preview immediately appears to show you the content. SearchAll:

The top three search engines that use to perform a search are Google, Yahoo, and MSN. IE :

Firefox and Internet Explorer are by far two of the most popular Web browsers today. Being a dominant player, most websites were designed to work with Internet Explorer. Therefore, Firefox users will have to use IE to navigate certain websites. The Launch Web Folder option in eDocs (the new UIS document management system) also requires you to use IE. Firefox users can overcome this issue by using an add-on called IE Tab. IE Tab opens an Internet Explorer window as one of the tabs in the Firefox browser, eliminating the need to switch between Internet Explorer and Firefox.
