PROGRAM: DAY 1: SALAMANCA Theme: Literary Salamanca • Visit to the Historical Library of the University • Orientation tour featuring USAL and the academic history of Salamanca • Free afternoon exploring the main Plaza and the city center • Full board in residence

DAY 2: SALAMANCA Theme: History of Salamanca • Classroom on the streets of Salamanca • Walking tour featuring the history of Salamanca • Visit to the Archive of the Civil War • Full board in residence

DAY 3: ON THE ROAD Theme: Myths, Rites and Traditions of the Region • Day trip to and Miranda del Castañar • Accompanied by an USAL guide • Full board in residence and packed lunch DAY 4: SALAMANCA Theme: Gastronomic Traditions of the Salamanca Province • Workshop at USAL in the morning • Tasting of typical products of Salamanca • Cooking class • Full board in residence

DAY 5: ON THE ROAD Theme: Wine and Spanish Culture • Day trip to Las Arribes • Visit to a wine cellar • Boat trip on the River • Accompanied by an USAL guide • Full board in residence and special food in wine cellar

DAY 6: SALAMANCA Theme: Free day • Full board in residence

DAY 7: SALAMANCA Theme: Spanish Art • Lecture on Spanish art and culture at USAL in the morning • Visit Museums of Salamanca: and Art Deco Museum, Museum of Salamanca, Museum of the Charra filigree • Full board in residence

DAY 8: ON THE ROAD Theme: Route of the Castilian Language Part I

ACCOMMODATION
