1. Sealed quotations /bids are invited from GST and NTN registered manufacturers/suppliers/authorized agents of repute for supply of the following items:

2. Tender documents containing details about quantity and specifications can be obtained from the office of the undersigned from 07-04-2016 to 25-04-2016 during working hours (Monday - Saturday) on payment of Rs. 500/- (Rs. Five Hundred only).
3. The tender along with Sample of Uniform and Shoes must be submitted at the office of the undersigned by 11:30 hours on 25-04-2016. The offers will be opened at 12:00 hours on the same day in presence of suppliers. Offers received late will not be entertained.
4. The bids should be submitted along with Bid Bond / Earnest Money through PO/DD in the name of Headmistress Government Special Education Centre, Nishtar Town, Lahore equal to an amount of 5% of the overall bid value as required in tender documents. Earnest Money in the shape of Cheque will not be acceptable.
5. The firms declared as blacklisted by any Government Agency are not eligible for participation in Tender.
6. Conditional / incomplete quotations will be liable for rejection.

Invitation of Tender for the Purchase of Winter Uniform and Shoes for Students Purchase Price: Rs.500/-
Sealed quotations /bids are invited from GST and NTN registered manufacturers/suppliers/authorized agents of repute for supply of Uniform and Shoes for Students. The tender form contains nine pages and includes appendix A+B+C+D.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Tender Opening Date:
The tender must reach the office of the undersigned on or before 11:30 hours on 25-04-2016. This will be opened on the same day at 12:00 hours in the office of the undersigned in the presence of Purchase Committee and the firms or their authorized representatives.
2. Bid Security and Performance Security:
a. A Call Deposit Receipt at the rate of 5% of the tendered amount (refundable) (Cheque not acceptable) in the name of Headmistress Government Special Education Centre, Nishter Town, must be attached with the tender without which the tender may be rejected by the authority concerned. b. Single-Stage: One-Envelope Bidding Procedure will be followed. c. The rates / bids should be inclusive of all applicable Govt. Taxes. d. The successful bidder/Supplier shall have to deposit 5% security deposit after acceptance of his/her tender for the period of Six month as guarantee/warrantee for the correctness of material of item (s).
3. Validity of Offers.
a. Offers shall be valid only if bidders submit their samples of Complete Set of Uniform and shoes for boys and girls along with their tender to the Purchase Committee for which rates are given in the bids. b. Offers shall be valid for at least 180 days from the date of submission of bids. c. Withdrawal / modification of the original offer within the validity period shall entitle the competent authority to forfeit earnest money. 4. Failures and Terminations: No offer of a supplier / firm will be considered if:- a. Received without Earnest Money / Call Deposit or less CDR than the required. b. Received without CNIC and last Six months bank statement of the bidder 2
c. Received later than the date and time fixed for tender. d. The tender is incomplete in any respect or is unsigned. e. The offer is ambiguous and the offer is conditional. f. The offer from a firm which is black listed at any level (Undertaking of not being blacklisted is compulsory on stamp paper). g. Any erasing cutting / overwriting etc. will not be accepted. h. The supplier fails to deliver the consignment within the specified delivery period strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions as laid down in the Purchase Order; 5. Other special condition
a. The Firm/Company should be registered and possess NTN and GST numbers. The certificate of sale tax registration must be attached with each tender. The decision of the competent authority would be final & binding on both the parties and not challengeable in any court of law. b. The successful bidder/Supplier shall have to take sizes of each student immediately after issuance of supply order and then that supplier will be bound to provide uniform within fifteen days. c. Uniform and shoes of each student packed individually with the tag of his/her name, disability category and class should be delivered at the address of the institution. d. The quantities of items can be increased / decreased by the Competent Authority. e. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all of the tenders without assigning any reason thereof. f. All Government Taxes will be deducted according to applicable rules. ISSUED TO
