There is plenty of parking beside the house, on the other side of which, are a series of outbuildings. A Wisteria covered open porch leads through to an entrance hallway and study. Beyond this is the kitchen/breakfast room that has a two door Aga. The kitchen leads through to the utility room, back door and a downstairs cloakroom and wc. Beside the kitchen is the dining room that was part of the original 16th Century house and has an original Delabole slate flagstone floor and at one end is an original inglenook fireplace and cloam oven. The dining room joins the sitting room that has two original fireplaces; we understand one was once a smoker and the other now has a woodburner. Off the sitting room is a south west facing conservatory. Stairs lead up from the sitting room to the first floor landing, off which are four bedrooms and a family bathroom.
