Everyone involved in competition including E parents, spectators, associated study body leaders, and all auxiliary groups have a duty to honor the traditions of the sport and to treat other participants with respect. All publications and announcements will actively prohibit the use of alcohol, tobacco, drugs and performance enhancing substances, as well as demand compliance with all laws and regulations. The profession of coaching is a profession of the mental and physical dimensions of their sport. Coaches, through words and example, will also strive to build the character of their athletes by teaching them to be trustworthy, respectful, responsible, fair, caring and good citizens. I 3 N 5 F 2 O E R L M I T A E V T I B O 352 Elite training will be conducted in a manner that enhances the | N 2 0 P 2 A 0 C academic, emotional, social, physical and ethical development of - K 2 1 A G student-athletes and teaches them positive life skills that will help E them become personally successful and socially responsible. Student-athletes will abide by the rules and they will conduct themselves, on and off the court, as positive role models who exemplify good character. MONTALVO Jesus has been coaching for 22 Years. He is currently the Head Coach of the girl's volleyball team at Forest High School. CHARLIE NEGRON COACHING STAFF COACH CHARLIE NEGRON WAS BORN IN ARECIBO, PUERTO RICO, IN WHICH HE HAD HIS FOUNDATION FOR ATHLETICS. HE PLAYED MANY SPORTS IN HIGH SCHOOL SUCH AS VOLLEYBALL, BASKETBALL AND TRACK & FIELD. HE THEN WENT ON TO PLAY COLLEGE BASKETBALL, VOLLEYBALL AND TRACK AND FIELD AT THE UNIVERSITY OF PUERTO RICO. AFTER SEVERAL YEARS HE RETURNED TO VOLLEYBALL BECAUSE OF HIS CHILDREN: JOANIVETTE, JUANCARLOS, AND JOHAN.COACH CHARLIE HAS BEEN COACHING FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS, BETWEEN HIGH SCHOOL AND CLUB PROGRAMS (TAVARES HIGH SCHOOL, LAKE BRANTLEY HIGH SCHOOL, SEMINOLE HIGH SCHOOL, UNIVERSITY HIGH SCHOOL – ORANGE CITY), AS WELL AS COACHING AND DEVELOPING HIGH PERFORMANCE PAULO MARION ATHLETES FOR NATIONAL TEAMS. IT HAS BEEN A GRATIFYING EXPERIENCE TO AID IN THE CHARACTER Marion, a native of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, has been part of several very DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG STUDENT-ATHLETES. While with the 352 Volleyball Club, Paulo coached multiple AAU BOYS NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP, SILVER MEDAL 15 OPEN, 352 ELITE 15 LIME teams of boys and girls that have won several prestigious championships, including the Girls 18U Jeep Volleyball Championships in Puerto Rico and the AAU15U Boys National Championships.In addition, ANGEL RIVERA Paulo enjoyed a prestigious 15-year professional career in South America, including a stint in Brazil’s elite Superliga. His oldest son played College and his youngest son is still currently playing at the College level. Edwin has been coaching both boys and girls for over 10 years. Achievements: 2017 Boys East Coast 14 Open Division Champions 2017 USAV 13 Club Boys Juniors Nationals Champions 2018 SVCA 14 Open Division Champions in California 2018 Florida Fest 14 Open Champions ROGER PELUSO 2018 AAU Nationals 14 Open Division Champions Roger Peluso joins the Lakers following a 19-year career at Ransom Everglades in Coconut 2019 SVCA 15 Open 3rd Place Grove, Florida. As the head girls' varsity volleyball coach Ransom, Roger led the Raiders to the 2019 Florida Fest 15 Open Division Champions 2013 FHSAA State Championship and was named the Florida Dairy Farmers and Miami Herald 2019 AAU Nationals 15 Open Division Champions Coach of the Year. During his tenure at Ransom, the girls' volleyball program advanced to five 2020 AAU Nationals 16 Open Division Champions regional finals and won the district championship nine times. Alfredo has coached Girls and Boys between the ages of 11’s and 15’s Teams during Mini-Club and Club Season.
