For this leadership conference, I am separating the two groups so we can take a closer look into the specific concerns girls deal with and the problems that boy"s deal with when it comes to being a part of team. Topics that will be discussed are: !!1. What does leadership mean on your team? !!2. How do you lead when you are not a captain? !!3. How to make good decisions when everyone around you is not? !!4. What can you do to make an impact in your school? !!5. What does leaving a legacy mean to you? Emphasis: One of my goals as the athletic director here at Hudsonville is to help assist in the development of positive leaders that will have an impact on our school. My hope is that these leadership traits will also have an impact as our student athletes enter the next phase in their life whether it would be in the workforce or their role as a husband, father, wife and mother. If you are an athlete or if you just want to learn more about being a leader please take the time to be a part of this special event.!.
