Kimberly joined the Trammell Crow office in 2014, bringing over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate marketing, research, and property assessment and due diligence to the Denver team. Her responsibilities include developing, implementing and executing marketing plans for Trammell Crow’s Denver business unit. She coordinates these efforts with TCC’s Corporate Marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding strategies.
Prior to joining TCC, Kim expanded her knowledge of local job attraction and retention while working with the City of Thornton, Colorado’s Office of Economic Development. In this position, she was responsible for development, execution and management of the overall economic development communications and marketing strategy, including conducting all market research associated with meeting the economic development goals of the City.
Early career experience was gained through Kim’s role with CBRE in Upstate New York, where she was the Director of Marketing & Research in Rochester, NY. During her tenure, Kim and the marketing team supported the brokerage and corporate services efforts for clients such as Eastman Kodak Company, Bausch & Lomb, Paychex, Xerox Corporation and Global Crossing. Kim was also responsible for the local office Web publishing, database tracking, and oversight of the office’s daily operations.
