Aster provides primary, secondary, tertiary and quaternary care services, and now has more than 300 facilities. Alsharif Nasser Nasser Jamil Al-Oun Jordan Managing Director, Middle East Scientific Institute for Security Al-Sharif Nasser bin Nasser is the managing director of the Middle East Scientific Institute for Security based in Amman, Jordan. In this position, he focuses on addressing chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) risks across the region. Nasser is also the head of the Middle East Regional Secretariat, the first of eight secretariats to be established globally under the European Union’s Centres of Excellence initiative on CBRN issues.Nasser is also involved with numerous organizations. He served as the chairman of a leading insurance company in Jordan and currently serves as the vice chairman of a public national commission offering support to injured and disabled veterans, as well as the president of a charity that offers therapeutic riding services to children with special needs. Asha De Vos Sri Lanka Founder and Executive Director, Oceanswell Dr. Asha de Vos is a Sri Lankan marine biologist, ocean educator and pioneer of blue whale research within the Northern Indian Ocean. She has degrees from the University of St. Andrews, University of Oxford and the University of Western Australia but escaped academia to establish her own Sri Lankan grown non-profit, Oceanswell - Sri Lanka’s first marine conservation research and education organization. Her work has been showcased internationally by the BBC, the New York Times, TED and National Geographic to name a few. Asha is the first and only Sri Lankan to have a PhD in Marine Mammal research, the first Pew Fellow in Marine Conservation and first National Geographic Explorer from Sri Lanka, and the first Sri Lankan woman to have her portrait hung at Oxford University. Asha is also a TED Senior fellow, an Ocean Conservation Fellow at the New England Aquarium, a Duke Global Fellow in Marine Conservation, and a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader. Ashish Goyal United Kingdom Senior Portfolio Manager, Citadel Investment Group (Europe) Limited Ashish is a Portfolio manager at Pharo Management. His experience as an investor in the international financial markets spans over the last decade. His area of expertise is Global Macro with a specific focus on Asia. Ashish was chosen as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2015. The first visually impaired student to have graduated from Wharton business school, he has the distinction of becoming the first Visually impaired trader in the world. Daria’s organization ensured that Ukraine’s newly elected parliament designed strong anti-corruption legislation, including the laws on the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, the special anti-corruption prosecutor’s office, open property registers and electronic asset declarations.
