Jersey and Apparel RFQ Paradise Minor Baseball – Jersey and Apparel RFQ Paradise Minor Baseball (PMB) is seeking quotes for various PMB branded jersey’s, hats, t-shirts, coats, hoodies, players backpack and other clothing merchandise. A. House League (HL) Jerseys and Hats - 550 Jerseys & Caps; T-Ball, Novice, Rookie, Mosquito, Pee Wee and Bantam; Full Color Paradise Phantom logo on left chest; single color Sponsor Logos on left sleeve; number on back; - Black Caps with the Paradise Phantom Logo. - Preference for Athletic Knit BA1375 Jerseys to match existing stock, other options will be considered. - Require up to 10 different colors for teams, primary color Image 1: PMB HL Logo Image 2: HL Jersey Front Image 3: HL Jersey Front B. All Star Jerseys and Hats - 113 Jerseys & Caps; Mosquito, Pee Wee, Bantam and Midget; Main color is Black, Secondary colors are Red and White; Paradise Phantoms script written across front of Jersey; single color Sponsor Logos on left sleeve; two color number on back; Black Caps with the Paradise Phantom Logo - PMB would like to retain similar style jersey to existing All Star Jerseys. - Preference for New Era 9Forty or similar style/quality Adjustable Hats Image 4: Phantoms Script Logo Image 5: AS Jersey Back Image 6: AS Jersey Front C. PMB Branded Merchandise The product list may include any clothing and apparel item but at a minimum will include the following - Long Sleeve Quarter Zip Baseball Jacket (youth and adult sizes) - Short Sleeve Quarter Zip Batting Cage Jacket (youth and adult sizes) - Hoodie (youth and adult sizes) - T-Shirts (youth and adult sizes) - Fitted or Flex-Fit hats - Players Backpack PMB has seen consistent growth in our female programming over the past number of years, as such; we would like to add to our standard catalogue of clothing, customized options for our female players and parents. Bidders can provide additional suggestions and designs, but at a minimum the female apparel should include: - Fitted T-Shirts (women and girl youth sizes) - Hoodies (women and girl youth sizes) Bidders are encouraged to provide suggestions of other apparel and merchandise products. Use of the PMB Logo The PMB logo will not be used in any product design, without having prior approval from PMB on all design proofs to ensure brand consistency. PMB retains all ownership of the Phantoms logos and designs. Bid selection and evaluation RFP proposal bids will be evaluated on (but not limited to), product quality, the ability to meet production / demand, the ability to expand the clothing product line, and ability to provide clothing samples. The successful supplier will be the provider for PMB for a period of two (2) years with the option to extend for one (1) additional year at the discretion of PMB. Due Dates All proposals are due by 5:00 pm NST on April 15th, 2020.
