The County Council ( District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Amendment No.46) Order 201*

Notice is hereby given that proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the orders: 1. To introduce ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restrictions on the following lengths of B173 Manor Road, in the District of Epping Forest (Add to Schedule 1 of the 2008 Order): Road Description B173 Manor Road, SOUTHSIDE: Chigwell i. from a point approximately 11 metres east from its junction with Grange Crescent in a south easterly direction for a distance of approximately 5 metres to tie in with the existing No Waiting At Any Time restrictions. ii. from a point approximately 8 metres east of the projected boundary between Nos 173 / 175 Manor Road, in a north easterly then easterly direction for a distance of approximately 45 metres to tie in with the existing No Waiting At Any Time restrictions. BOTH SIDES of the bell mouth access next to No. 183 Manor Road, from its junction with Manor Road generally in a southerly direction for a distance of approximately 5 metres.

2. To reduce the length of the existing ‘Limited Waiting Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm for 1 hour with no return within 2 hours’ restrictions on the following B173 Manor Road, Chigwell in the District of Epping Forest to the below length (Remove from Schedule 39 of the 2008 Order): Road Description B173 Manor Road, SOUTH SIDE: from a point 16 metres east of its junction with Grange Chigwell Crescent in an easterly direction for a distance of approximately 28 metres.

The Essex County Council () (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 [referred to above as “the 2008 Order”] is hereby varied to the extent detailed in points 1 and 2 of this notice.
