The bidder shall submit the copies of valid trade license, PAN card, GSTIN, Income Tax and Professional Tax Clearance certificates, Electrical Contractors License with Electrical Supervisors’ Holding Supervisor competency certificate on 1 & 2( or as desired by EIC depending on Election urgency) along with the bid, failing which the same will be summarily rejected.

No conditional quotation with variable price clause will be accepted. Successful agency shall have to execute contract with the accepting authority, in prescribed form and shall have to deposit earnest money deposit @2% of quoted amount in the form demand draft issued from any nationalized bank in favour of ‘Executive Engineer, Jhargram Electrical Division, PWD’, payable at Jhargram. Acceptance of lowest or any other quotations is not obligatory. The lowest value offered in total will be the price of lowest bidder. The accepting authority reserves the right to reject any or all of the quotation without assigning any reason whatsoever. The Quotations will received up to 06:00 P.M. of 07.03.2021 & will be opened shortly thereafter in presence of the intending quotationers.

N.B: 1. The rate should be quoted including delivery, other charges and taxes 2. Price variation clause will not be entertained 3. Materials should be installed to the site / section office in consultation with the concern executive engineer within 1 day from the date of bid opening. 4. Bidder will arrange the technical personnel to be present at site during commissioning .No extra Cost can be claimed for this purpose. 5. Payment will be made as per PWD rules.
