JOB DESCRIPTION - INTERACTIVE MEDIA/GRAPHICS COORDINATOR Reporting directly to the Creative Services Manager, the Interactive Media/Graphics Coordinator will create compelling marketing materials to support marketing, advertising, and sales objectives. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for the visual representation of our brands by maintaining and consistently upholding all standards of brand identity.

Full-time, hourly position: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities: . Develop a thorough understanding of all clients/brands, including their design standards and requirements, key personnel, and culture/mission . Ensures excellent team, client, vendor and guest service . Works in accordance with cultural and operational goals . Responsible for producing computer files and/or mechanicals necessary to produce final product within established deadlines . Maintain wide variety of computer, technical and creative skills. Responsible for keeping abreast of and having understanding of computer programs to complete wide variety of assignments (InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Bridge, Lightroom, Illustrator, Photoshop) . Demonstrates cohesive understanding of, and can execute on, the principles that lead to innovative, effective digital communications, interface design, and interaction design. Has a strong understanding of branding. . Generates and cultivates useful and usable ideas across existing and emerging digital platforms. Continually develops new ways to inspire and harness creative thinking. . Develops advertisements, promotions, and other marketing materials . Creates graphics, animations, or short presentations/videos . Assists marketing team with social media, eNewsletters, emails, and campaign templates . Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects. Can perform collaboratively or independently.

. Supports the team on special projects and presentations . Work with Public Relations Manager on social media elements when needed . Works with Group Sales for collateral support when needed . Proactively researches and pursues ideas for professional development . Present ideas to others as needed

Qualifications & Experience: . Must possess excellent computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Proficiency in computer programs to complete wide variety of graphic assignments (InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Bridge, Lightroom, Illustrator, Photoshop) . Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to take initiative and multi-task while meeting deadlines. . Models appropriate guest and team interaction at all times. Ability to convey a conservative and professional image to team, vendors, and guests. . Comfortable meeting and talking with people. Possess an outgoing, friendly personality and the desire to provide quality service. . Willing to work some weekends. . Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail . A clear understanding of digital media and an ability and desire to adapt with the changing technology landscape . A basic portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print experience . Displays creative mindset and ability to work in an organized manner . Good project management and the ability to handle a wide range of concurrent activities . The ability to work effectively under pressure . Ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why ideas are analytically sound. . Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a group of managers, guests, or the general public; read and analyze business correspondence; to develop and write reports. . Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or two to four years related experience.

Skills & Programs Preferred: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, InDesign (other similar applications). Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail. Digital animation, motion graphics, visual effects. Video creation, marketing, and editing. Creating info graphics and using typography. Website Design (knowing HTML5/CSS could be helpful).
