Dr. Olufemi Ladeinde, advised women to be careful of their cosmetics as 13% of poison responsible for cancer comes from it.

“88 per cent of cancer patients have deficiency in Vitamin D3, according to him. “We must contain that deficiency; hence, now that you have survived, you will maintain it. I urge you to teach others. All cancers can be taken care of.”

Your health starts when your treatment ends as a cancer patient. We know what cancer is but we have not joined the dots. “You need to mind what goes through your lips (foods and drinks including your clothes). We know what predisposes us to cancer. But what causes Alfo Healthcare Team: Titi Ayeni registereing a survivor cancer is poison (doctors call it toxin). If your body is overloaded with toxins, you will develop any kind of cancer. In the environment we live in, the water we drink, air we breathe, 13 and a half per cent of toxin comes from your cosmetics.

Our body lives in a hostile environment where it is constantly bombarded by toxins. And so our bodies are built to change itself on a regular basis. Every cell produced in the body has a 'quality control' cell on guard. We all produce potential cancer cells every day, the reason why some of us are cancer free is because our antibodies are working and kills them before they become cancerous.

68% of cancer of the breast starts at a point close to the armpit. This is because a lot of women use antiperspirant, which eventually Alfo Healthcare Team L-R Adeola Pase (Programme Manager Alfo Healthcare blocks off the sweat. And this is a way the body Initiative), Titi Ayeni, Mrs Kemi Ogunyemi (Founder Alfo Healthcare initiative), Modupe Adekoya and Folami Olaniyi, takes out toxins, and so the toxins accumulate in the body. Very importantly, what passes through our lips can either make or damage our body. In this part of the world, our food is energy sensed (i.e. we take more of carbohydrates). The Mrs. Amaka Fatogun, emphasized that, “If we have healthy cells, we will have healthy tissues body also requires nutrients to build up itself which should be a major reason why we should and healthy system. Our diet plays important eat. role in our system. She described the highest cause of cancer as a Cholesterol is also needed a lot in the body, 75% result of diet. “The highest cause of cancer, about of the brain is made up of fat which is composed 60%, can be traced to our diet. The right time to mainly of cholesterol. Reduce your starch intake take fruits is from 4am to 12pm. Tone down on and increase your nutrient base in food. sweet fruits like pineapple. Go less on acidic fruits.” Take lots of onions, garlic, leek, vitamin C and Fatogun listed avocado, banana, blended with vitamin D rich foods as these can deal with ginger and garlic as smoothies for breakfast. Mrs Fatogun’s advice to cancer patients

1. Detoxify- Cleanse your body of toxins. You can do this by:

A. Having a warm bath with about 500g magnesium sulphate (i.e Epsom salt) they dry yourself and rub your skin with coconut oil.

B. Coffee Enema- Use ground coffee, about 3 tablespoon in about 1.5 liters of warm water then filter it. Let the filtrate be passed into an enema bag through your anus into your colon. Hold it for about 20 minutes and then pass it out. It is the quickest way of getting toxins out of the body. Mrs Kemi Ogunyemi giving a talk to cancer survivors C. A glass of warm water, squeeze some lemon in it, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, mix all and drink.
