Simon advises clients in respect of a wide variety of , construction and engineering projects internationally including power stations of various types, dams, hotels, harbour works, highways, tunnels, commercial , refineries, Simon Delves infrastructure works, cabling systems, street works, bridge works, process facilities, Partner water treatment facilities, reservoirs, land reclamation projects, tunnels and Beale and Company residential developments. Bob is a Director in CMAS (Contract Management Advisory Services) based in Bob Mathenge Nairobi, Kenya. Bob, a graduate of Building Economics at the University of Nairobi, Director is a Registered Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years experience in the construction CMAS Ltd industry. [email protected] Bob's past experience includes working for the GOK as a Quantity Surveyor and as a Site QS and Managing Surveyor with leading construction companies in Kenya. Bob has over the last 6 years specialised in consultancy work in contract management disciplines covering quantity surveying, construction project management and claim and disputes resolution. His direct building works experience includes office, residential, retail, industrial, embassies, military, airport, hotel and education projects. His extensive Works experience includes power stations, roads, sea ports and dams. Bob has vast experience on most forms of contracts including traditional JBC contracts and the FIDIC suite of Contracts. Projects have been in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.

Kesogukewele (Keso) Msita is a civil engineer and former Chief Executive of the National Construction Council, Chairman of the National Housing Corporation Tanzania and also the Tanzania Institute of Arbitrators. He has immense experience in the road construction sector working with Government and the Private Sector. Among the several initiatives he has advocated is the promotion of better transparency in the construction sector under COST (Construction Sector Transparency Initiative) as well as serving as chairman of the National Committee (Rural Roads and Accessibility) under the auspices of PIARC.
