    SUMMARY OF JOINT USE AGREEMENT between the Board of Regents of the Nevada System of Higher Education, on behalf of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (“UNLV”), and LV Stadium Events Company, LLC (“Stadco”) A. Explanation of Purpose: Stadco is the tenant under the Stadium Lease Agreement (the “Master Lease”) with the Clark County Stadium Authority (the “Stadium Authority”). The Master Lease gives Stadco possession and full operational control of the stadium, therefore, UNLV’s right to use the stadium, as required pursuant to the terms of the 2016 Southern Nevada Tourism Improvements Act (the “Act”), must be granted by Stadco.1 B.
