Bullying is one of the many troubles a student can find him or herself in while attending school. While some people feel overwhelmed by it, some other students decide to take a decisive stand against bullying, or more like a stomp. A group of students decided to commemorate the “World Day of Bullying Prevention” by celebrating an event on Central Campus called “Stomp out Bullying” on Oct. 2 to promote awareness against bullying. According to Stomp Out Bullying.org, the first Monday of each October is Blue Shirt Day, World Day of Bullying Prevention, which signifies the importance of National Bullying In recognition of National Bullying Prevention Awareness Month, Broward College hosted Blue Shirt Day.
