TERMS & CONDITIONS OF OFFER 1. Definitions: a. “Alliance Partner” shall mean a person/entity that has entered into an alliance with Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited (“USFB/Bank”) for the purpose of providing this Offer. b. “Customer” shall mean a person who has received communication from the Bank about the Offer and who holds USFB Debit Card for the purpose of availing the Offer. c. “Offer” shall mean discounts/benefits/freebies provided by the Alliance Partner to the Customer on purchase of its products/availing its services during the Offer Period using USFB Debit Card. d. “Offer Period” shall mean the period when the Offer is available and such period shall be communicated to the Customer by Bank/Alliance Partner. e. “Products/Services” shall mean such products and services as offered by the Alliance Partner under the Offer. 2. Steps to avail the Offer: Visit the Alliance Partner’s Hospital/Outlet Select its Products/Services available under Offer Inform the Alliance Partner of Offer Communication Make payment using USFB Debit Card 3. The Offer is brought to you by Alliance Partner. Bank is only communicating the Offer on behalf of Alliance Partner. 4. Customer’s participation in the Offer shall be deemed as his/her acceptance of all the terms and conditions governing the Offer. 5. Customers are not bound in any way to avail the Offer and any participation is deemed to be on voluntary basis. 6. The Offer is open to customers who have received communication from Bank/Alliance Partner with respect to the Offer and shall be valid for a period as mentioned therein. 7. The Customers may avail the offer during the offer period or until the stock lasts, whichever is earlier. 8. In order to avail the Offer, the Customer is required to inform his/her intent to avail the Offer and purchase Products/avail services of the Alliance Partner by paying through his/her USFB Debit Card. The Customer may be asked to produce his/her USFB Debit Card, solely for validation and Offer eligibility. 9. The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable. The offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer. 10. The details of Offer including discounts/benefits/freebies, minimum spend, number of permitted transactions per customer during the offer period, products/services on which offer is available etc., will be communicated by Bank/Alliance Partner. In case, discounts are available under the Offer, the same will be billed in the invoice at time of the payment. 11. The Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness, quality, delivery and/or character of the discount/benefit/offer and/or of the Products/Services provided by the Alliance Partner under the Offer. 12. The Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/damage/claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any products/services or discounts/benefits availed by the Customer under the Offer. 13. Any issue/grievance/dispute/claim regarding the products, services or the offer must be addressed to the Alliance Partner and must be resolved by the Customer directly with Alliance Partner, without any reference to Bank. 14. The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer and/or products/services offered by Alliance Partner shall not constitute a claim against the Bank. 15. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify Alliance Partner or the Customer from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer. 16. The Bank/Alliance Partner reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer or discontinue the Offer, without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. 17. Apart from these Terms & Conditions, the Customer shall also be bound by the terms and conditions if any stipulated by Alliance Partner in this regard. 18. The invalidity or unenforceability of any part of the Terms and Conditions shall not prejudice or affect the remaining parts of the Terms and Conditions to the extent that it is severable. 19. This Offer is governed by the laws of India and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore. 20. Kindly note that you are not required to share your confidential bank details with the Alliance Partner. Further the Bank or its representatives either in connection with the Offer or in general will not ask to share your card number/account number/ATM PIN/Passwords etc. Please do not share it with anyone.
