PRESS RELEASE DUOYI NETWORK WILL BRING PORTAL KNIGHTS IN THE GREATER CHINA MARKET

Digital Bros, through its subsidiary 505 Games, has assigned the exclusive rights for Greater China of the localized versions on PC and mobile platforms, with the exclusion of PC , of the videogame “Portal Knights” to the Chinese company Guangzhou Duoyi Network Co., Ltd.

Duoyi will also develop and commercialize in Greater China a new version of the game.

Milan, 6 April, 2017 – Digital Bros S.p.A. (DIB:MI), a digital entertainment company listed in the Star segment of the Milan Stock Exchange, through its subsidiary 505 Games S.p.A., announces today that it has assigned the exclusive rights to the Chinese company Guangzhou Duoyi Network Co., Ltd. to launch its fully owned intellectual property, Portal Knights, in Greater China on PC and mobile platforms, with the exclusion of PC Steam version.

The agreement provides for 50% royalty and the payment of a licensing fee and minimum guarantee to the Group. The agreement provides that Duoyi will also develop a new version of Portal Knights that Duoyi and 505 Games will distribute for the Greater China market and the rest of the world respectively.

Portal Knights, a 505 Games creation, is a 3D action game with RPG and sandbox elements which allows users to play together in a colorful world where they must fight, collect resources, build structures and equipment necessary to live their adventure.

Portal Knights will be distributed in European and American markets by 505 Games directly in May 2017 and Duoyi will localize and adapt the same game for Greater China by summer 2017. The Chinese market is currently the biggest videogame market in the world, with over 500 million gamers and more than 31 billion USD in revenues expected in 2017, according to iResearch.

Duoyi is a top Chinese game company and among the leading internet enterprises in China. As a top eight developer and operator in China, Duoyi has achieved a 30% average compound annual growth rate in its revenue for five consecutive years. In 2015, the company's annual net profit topped 150 million Euros ranking fourth in China iOS game revenues. Duoyi boasts independent R&D and operation capabilities. In 2016, the company has 1800 employees. Its business now covers a wide range of internet products, including online PC games, mobile games, e-mail services, and instant messaging software.
