There is also an increased trend of vacationers from Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Indiana. This customer tends to be an affluent family with children. The immediate area surrounding the center, including Miramar Beach and 30A, attracts affluent families with significant discretionary income. The remaining 25% of shoppers are locals and second homeowners including snowbirds. Second homeowners tend to be 50+ years old and affluent. Local shoppers look for everyday clothing and moderately priced merchandise and consider the center their primary shopping destination.
