2018 Bond Referendum Financial Goals • All bonds authorized in the 2018 bond referendum will be repaid without increasing the debt service tax rate above 35 cents which is the rate Humble ISD has assessed since 2008.
• Debt will be retired at a pace sufficient to enable Humble ISD to address future facility needs without raising the debt service tax rate above 35 cents.
