Where: Anywhere students have access to a computer and the time to read and respond to provocative questions and comments about leadership.

How: Using My BGSU, students engage in week-long discussions with each other and a "leadership coach," who is responsible for synthesizing, challenging, and supporting the discussion. All opinions and points of view are welcome. Students who are enrolled may enter My BGSU and click on the "My community" tab. Under the heading, "organizations" click on [MY | LEAD] @ BGSU. Click on the title of the weekly topic. To con- tribute dialogue, click "add new thread." To respond to someone's post, just click reply. Those students who would like to be enrolled may e-mail [email protected] to be enrolled.

Who: . Any BGSU student who has an interest in the weekly discussion topic. Students do not have to be student leaders or in student organizations to participate in this unique on-line leadership discussion.

Timing: Each topic will be posted for one week beginning Mondays at noon and ending the following Sunday at midnight. Students can post as many comments as necessary. The leadership coach will begin the conversation with an opening statement and a few questions to spark discussion. The rest is up to you!
