Bring your completed registration form with you to the Festival. 7 Enjoy a free and healthy lunch! 7 Receive free health screenings! 7 Get information on senior services and health tips! SHUTTLE SERVICE Please ask United Seniors staff about the special shuttle service for the Healthy Living Festival. Shuttles are provided by AC Transit, Bay Area Community Services, WALK-A-THON TEAM CONTEST the City of Oakland, and other Healthy Living Festival sponsors. Space is limited! A $500 prize will be given to the team with the most registered participants present that day. Please contact United Seniors to fi nd out if there is special shuttle service in your area. The prize will be awarded to a non-profi t organization not an individual.
