Participants carry out simple practical conservation and craft activities which Who can take part? provide physical and educational benefits. The programmes are free to join and are open to anyone experiencing mental health difficulties as defined by the inclusion criteria on the application form.  For example - conservation and habitat management tasks, guided walks through woods and meadows, traditional woodland crafts and art in Programme days nature.
