INTRODUCTION Ahe Productive Rural 2nfrastructure Development Project in the Central Highlands 5Ahe Project, 2014-20196 aims to rehabilitate and upgrade e4isting but deteriorated critical productive rural infrastructure in the 5 provinces 5Lam Dong, Da 8ong, Da La , Gia Lai and Jon Aum6 of the Central Highlands. Ahe long-term purpose of the project is to contribute to hungry alleviation and poverty reduction programs of the Government through sustainable development of the society, ecology and environment at community levels by developing infrastructures for production, improving socio- economic conditions and living standards of people in the area. Ahe short-term objectives of the project are 5i6 to rehabilitate and upgrade deteriorated or damaged
