Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation (Sechenov University) (hereinafter ‒ the University) is a center of academic, scientific and resource excellence in the Russian healthcare system. The University provides training for future leaders of the Russian healthcare. To continuously improve the competence, skills level and professional retraining of specialists, the University has developed and adheres to the following Quality Policy: • provision of a full cycle of educational programs for the most talented students from all over the world, leadership in creating and implementing effective multidisciplinary models and methodologies for medical education; • satisfaction of the individual's needs for intellectual, cultural and moral development by obtaining higher, additional professional education in the chosen field of activity; • continuous improvement of the methodological, financial, technical and information base of the University; • implementation of the world-level fundamental and clinical research and ensuring their commercialization for the health of patients and society; • constant development of our own clinical base and continuous improvement of the quality of medical care to consumers in accordance with the current level of medical science; • continuous improvement of the competence of the staff of the University Clinical Center, representing a cohesive team of highly qualified specialists; • training of qualified medical and scientific-pedagogical personnel for the countries of near and far abroad taking into account the leading international practices. The Top Management of the University confirms its commitment to quality and undertakes to allocate resources to achieve the set quality goals, to maintain the compliance of the University's Quality Management System with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2008 "Quality management systems ‒ Requirements".
