Methodology Preschool education is a type of educational institution in the Republic of Uzbekistan, which implements general pre- school education programs in various areas. Preschools provide education, training, supervision, care and rehabilitation for children aged 2 to 7 years. Preschool education is the primary part of lifelong learning. It ensures that the child develops into a healthy and developed person, stimulates the desire to learn and prepares him for systematic learning. The purpose of pre-school education is to prepare children for school, to form a child as a healthy, developed, independent person, to reveal their abilities, to cultivate a passion for learning, systematic education. In recent years, a new network of preschools is being formed. Examples include the Apartment Kindergarten and the Kindergarten-Primary School. Preschool education groups are being set up to teach children fine arts, music, language and computer literacy. Such actions serve the spiritual and moral education of preschool children in accordance with the requirements of the "National Training Program". Modern evolving pedagogical technologies focus on the educational process, as well as the development of children's mental processes, their personal qualities, intellectual and creative potential, and the formation of physical development. There is an intensive search for pedagogical technologies in preschool education institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which assume the use of generally accepted methods in solving practical or intellectual problems, and the development and revival of existing traditional "Do as I do" technologies. In general, the state requirements state that young children and preschoolers should be developed in five areas. By developing these five areas, the child will have 4 competencies and will be motivated to enter 1st grade. Another important news is that the number of children in the groups should not exceed 25 people. An electronic EMIS system has also been set up to enforce this restriction. By 2021, this will be the number of children in all MTC groups in the country. Analyis and Conclusion. At the initiative and tireless efforts of the President, the issue of educating a harmoniously developed "harmoniously developed generation" in our country has risen to the level of state policy. Raising a harmoniously developed generation has always been one of the noblest and greatest dreams of mankind. In our country, from time immemorial, special attention has been paid to the education of young people, their education, their development into highly qualified individuals. As in all spheres, today in our country the initiative of our esteemed President Sh.M.Mirziyoyev pays special attention to the field of preschool education. On September 30, 2017, “On the organization of the Ministry of Preschool Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan ”Resolution No. 3305. Ministry of Preschool Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 3, 2018 No 3032 "On approval of state requirements for the development of primary and preschool children of the Republic of Uzbekistan" for children in preschool 128 International Journal of Academic Pedagogical Research (IJAPR) ISSN: 2643-9123 Vol. 5 Issue 5, May - 2021, Pages: 128-130 education today The educational process is carried out on the basis of the decision of the Ministry of Preschool Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 7, 2018 "First Step" state curriculum. Preschool education is based on the state curriculum "First Step" in accordance with the requirements of each age. It is important to teach children to speak fluently, to teach them to read and write, to expand their thinking, to impart knowledge about existence. It is during this period that we can see the interest of children in the formation of creative thinking, in deciding which profession to pursue in the future. This, in turn, shows that the educational process with children in preschool education depends on the knowledge of educators who effectively organize the educational process. Today, the ability of preschool educators to organize the proper use of new pedagogical technologies and ICT tools in the educational process should attract children's interest and attention to the educational process. The planning of the educational process in preschool groups is based on the daily routine of the group, and the daily activities planned by the teacher, children's games, leisure and educational activities should be carried out alternately. The educational process is carried out in accordance with the curriculum based on the age and individual development of the child in order to meet the educational and social needs. The educational process is integrated into a single whole that arises in the life of the child and the environment around him. Pre-school education groups in preschools help children develop a sense of faith, love for the motherland and self- awareness. MTC educators must have sufficient pedagogical, technological knowledge and experience to accurately determine each child's readiness for school, while relying on the requirements of the MTM education program. If a child develops normally during the preschool period and has no strong influence on his or her physical and mental development, then the child will reach the level of education at the age of seven. In pre-school groups, educators focus on the following issues: 1.Development of reading skills in students. 2. Forming the worldview of students. 3. Nurture mental maturity, spiritual beauty, physical maturity. Helping students to be polite, moral, and aesthetically pleasing. 5. Formation of oral and written speech in students. 6. Formation of feelings of devotion and love for parents and homeland. The main focus of the preparatory group educator is to ensure that all children fully master the content provided for in the preschool curriculum, as this is a prerequisite for full preparation for school education. The pedagogical process in large groups, which stems from the task of preparing children for school, is unique. This uniqueness lies not only in the copying of the school's educational work, but also in the special organization of the activities and behaviors of the children, which are aimed at inculcating in them the qualities necessary for successful teaching in school.
