Libraries Week is an annual celebration of all the wonderful services that libraries have to offer. This year we are celebrating reading and highlighting our libraries at home and our e-Book and e-Audio book service BorrowBox. We are using this week to reach out to people who may not know about the services we currently offer. RVS volunteers will bring a selection of items to your home based on your interests, usually every four weeks. You can request particular genres, authors and titles, free of charge. Safety measures have been put in place for your wellbeing. You can access eBooks and eAudio books for free via North Tyneside’s BorrowBox service, choosing from a fun selection of books that can be downloaded to a personal device to read or listen to. We'll be sharing what we've been reading and giving you ideas for your next great read and we'd love to hear your recommendations too. We'll also have a book group title available at the start of each month to download from BorrowBox, our digital library, for everyone to read at the same time.
