Phase 3 Media Protocols at Scotiabank Saddledome PHASE 3 MEDIA PROTOCOLS AT SCOTIABANK SADDLEDOME For Immediate Release Saturday, July 11, 2020 Calgary, AB – The Calgary Flames provide today the protocols that will be put in place for the media that are attending Phase 3 of the NHL’s resumption plan at the Scotiabank Saddledome from July 13-26. Attending Phase 3 Media who will be attending Phase 3 at the Scotiabank Saddledome will need to make a member of the communications staff aware of their attendance 24 hours in advance of each day of training camp. A master list will be made for each on-ice session of media who have made their attendance known and media will be checked-in upon arrival. Media check-in time will be one hour proceeding the first on-ice session only. Media who arrive late may not be allowed entry into the building. Media are to enter through the West Concourse Entrance (across from the Stampede Corral). Parking will be available outside the West Concourse Entrance in the Uber drop-off and pick-up zone. Media will then be checked-in at the entrance and perform a mandatory temperature check and questionnaire before being allowed in the building. Media are required to wear a mask during their time in the Scotiabank Saddledome. If they don’t have a mask, one will be provided. Hand sanitizer will also be available. *If media have symptoms, have had exposure to someone with symptoms of COVID-19, or if they have a temperature, they will not be admitted entry to the facility and: (a) will need to follow up with their own physician for care, and (b) shall require a letter from their physician providing written medical clearance before they may be admitted into the Scotiabank Saddledome. After entry into the building, signs will direct you to sections 226 of the second bowl to where you will be assigned a seat. Media will need to find the seat that has their name provided on it. These seats will be six-feel apart from each other. Media are asked to please remain in their assigned seat during the duration of the on-ice sessions. Washrooms will be made available to media on the concourse outside of sections 225 and 226. Media with cameras will be directed to a designated camera station upon the entering the second bowl. Be cautious of other media members around you and maintain a six-foot distance between yourself and the next camera. B-roll opportunities will be available. Camera operators and photographers are also required to wear masks at all times while inside the Scotiabank Saddledome. Live streaming or filming of the practice or scrimmage in its entirety will not be permitted. At the conclusion of the on-ice portions, media are encouraged to continue their work from home due to limited space and access of the Scotiabank Saddledome. If this is not doable, a small work area with tables will be provided on the concourse with no more than two media members at one table. Media will have no in-person interaction with players, coaches or hockey operations staff during Phase 3. The communications team will facilitate post on-ice availabilities via WebEx. We ask you join the WebEx availabilities from your phone or computer from your assigned seat, in the small media work area or from home. All media will need to notify the Flames communications staff for every on-ice session they are attending. A schedule of ice times will be announced at a later time. Email your attendance notification to [email protected]. Please supply a week-by-week attendance schedule to Megan as opposed to day-by-day. The Flames ask that all media in attendance continue to follow basic Covid-19 protocol and ensure you are using hand sanitizer, wearing your mask, continuing to follow social distancing rules, and respecting those around you while inside the Scotiabank Saddledome. The sections provided to media will be sanitized and disinfected each night. The Flames, Management, and staff appreciate your cooperation and look forward to seeing you at the Scotiabank Saddledome for Phase 3. -30- For information contact: Peter Hanlon Sean Kelso VP, Communications Director, Media Relations 403-777-3684 403-777-1387 [email protected] [email protected] www.calgaryflames.com .

Nashville, Tenn. – After witnessing the three-hour, two-set marathon show at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center merely weeks ago, Rolling Stone professed, “Eric Church sets the bar.” The exchange in energy with the audience and passion that fuels the man behind the CMA’s Album of the Year is an earned one after years of putting his fans first. Whether it is the dozens in attendance at his first performance in Bethel, New York or the 15,842 in attendance for last month’s breezy night in Brooklyn, it is that unrivaled dedication to surpassing their expectations that is driving another mission: ensuring fans’ hard-earned money is spent fairly on face-value tickets at each and every stop on his 60-plus city Holdin’ My Own Tour. Throughout the Holdin’ My Own Tour, Eric and his team have systematically identified, cancelled and released tickets back to the public that were identified as scalper tickets. Already on the tour, Eric’s management team used a proprietary program to release thousands of tickets back to the public and fans in markets like Brooklyn, Philadelphia, Toronto, Vancouver and Boston. On Feb. 21 at noon local time, the team will release to the official ticketing website all tickets identified as scalper-purchased for the remaining markets back to the public.
