SB355 will be considered by the Senate this afternoon at 3:00 p.m. SB355 for a constitutional amendment on the November 2014 ballot that, if approved by voters, would provide protection against future budget cuts for critical supports and services for people with developmental disabilities and other vulnerable populations.
