A note from the editor When compiling my first profile, my intention was to showcase a little of my marketing style and to assist sellers in getting to know me better “before” we met! Listing decisions are often required to be made in a relatively short time “after” meeting a selection of salespeople – a time frame that ultimately may not have afforded you the knowledge you really wanted about the person you would be spending the next 3 months working closely with! I want my prospective sellers to feel they know “me” and my marketing style “before” that decision needs to be made and to be comfortable they really are in the best hands to manage the sale of their home or property! I love real estate - the twists and turns of each day - each property – and the unique needs and desires of each owner! It is an industry that is as exciting as it is rewarding and that is why 20+ years ago I chose to make real estate my career and why all these years later I continue upskilling.

Croatia Versus Malta Captain Dominic Busuttil to lead Malta against Croatia Malta fresh from their win against Lithuania 13-10, now face the team they have played the most times in history. Eight times they have met in either European Nations Cup games or Rugby World Cup playoffs. The Croatians have won 6 and Malta 2. Croatia has a strong connection with New Zealand, with many Croatians immigrating there in the early 1900s, working as gum diggers(that is not a dentist!) and later many went on to begin the Wine industry in New Zealand. There are many Dalmatian Clubs throughout the land. There'll always be a couple of Kiwis in their team. They will be big up front and usually have a fly half that dictates play well, we will need to shut down their options. Malta are missing the Holloway boys at scrumhalf and standoff, they are both injured, but they have made the journey from England to see the game, stating "We are family, we are all in this together!" That is the spirit of this team, not so big men but with BIG Hearts. Malta Squad(from last week's game) R Apsee, A. Kennedy, D. Holliday, C. Schranz, D. Deguara, S. Borg, D. Apsee, M. Davey, V. Stivala, J. Morris, J. O’Brien, D. Busuttil, T. Quarendon, M. Camilleri, J. Kirk, D. Cerketa, J. Ellul, J. Cutajar, C. Briffa, M. Galea, L. Debattista, R. Borg. Malta Rugby Union go into their FIRA European Nations Cup Division 2A match against Croatia on Saturday November 9th at Hibernians with a secret weapon, they have a 16th man in the team, namely Gozitan opera star Miriam Cauchi who will be singing the Maltese national anthem immediately before the match kicks off.

But he was met with immedi- ate skepticism from the Chinese delegation in the audi- ence, who questioned America’s role in the Pacific. Speaking yesterday at a security conference in Singapore that he helped to form more than a decade ago, Hagel said: “The United States has expressed our concerns about the growing threat of cyber intrusions, some of which appear to be tied to the Chinese govern- ment and military.” While he is not the first US official to publicly blame China for computer-based attacks that steal data from US government and corporate networks, he delivered the rebuke in China’s backyard, with mem- bers of Beijing’s government in the audience. His comments triggered a wry response from Maj Gen Yao Yunzhu, director of the Center for China- America Defense Relations, at the People’s Liberation Army’s Academy of Military Science, who challenged him to better explain America’s intentions in its building up of the military across the region.
