2018 4th International Conference on Economics, Management and Humanities Science(ECOMHS 2018) Evaluation of the Development of Rural Inclusive Finance: A Case Study of Baoding, Hebei province Ziqi Yang1, Xiaoxiao Li1 Hebei Finance University, Baoding, Hebei Province, China Keywords: inclusive finance; evaluation; rural inclusive finance; IFI index method Abstract: "Inclusive Finance", means that everyone has financial needs to access high-quality financial services at the right price in a timely and convenient manner with dignity. This paper uses IFI index method to evaluate the development level of rural inclusive finance in various counties of Baoding, Hebei province in 2016, and finds that rural inclusive finance in each country has a low level of development, banks and other financial institutions have few branches and product types, the farmers in that area have conservative financial concepts and rural financial service facilities are not perfect. In response to these problems, it is proposed to increase the development of inclusive finance; encourage financial innovation; establish financial concepts and cultivate financial needs; improve broadband coverage and accelerate the popularization of information. 1. Introduction "Inclusive Finance", means that everyone with financial needs to access high-quality financial services at the right price in a timely and convenient manner with dignity. Geothermal Environmental Impact Assessment Studies in Hebei Province, China
GEOTHERMAL TRAINING PROGRAMME Reports 2000 Orkustofnun, Grensásvegur 9, Number 12 IS-108 Reykjavík, Iceland GEOTHERMAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT STUDIES IN HEBEI PROVINCE, CHINA Li Hongying Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources, 209 North Chaoyang Road, Baoding City, 071051 Hebei Province, P.R. CHINA [email protected] ABSTRACT Environmental impact assessment (EIA) work is becoming more and more extensive in the world because of its importance and practicality and is becoming a powerful safeguard in the project planning process. Every country has its own EIA system. It is an aid to decision-making and to the minimization or elimination of environmental impacts at an early planning stage. The EIA process is potentially a basis for negotiations between the developer, public interest groups and the planning regulator. There are many techniques used in EIA in the world, such as matrices, checklists, overlay maps, and networks. Geothermal resources are abundant in the Hebei province, China and are widely utilized, providing considerable economic and environmental benefits. EIA work in this field has not yet been developed there. The purpose of this report is to find suitable techniques for carrying out EIA for the geothermal fields in Hebei province, by comparison of several EIA methods used throughout the world. This work led to the following recommendations for Hebei province: Use matrices and checklists for impact identification and potential impacts. Use the pollution factor index method for quantitative analysis of pollutant components and degrees of pollution. Prediction and mitigating measures should be improved beyond the present local technical level. 1. ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT 1.1 Introduction Since the first Environmental impact assessment (EIA) system was established in the USA in 1970, EIA systems have been set up worldwide and become a powerful environmental safeguard in the project planning process. -
Characteristics of Geothermal Field Distribution and the Classification of Geothermal Types in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Plain
PROCEEDINGS, 43rd Workshop on Geothermal Reservoir Engineering Stanford University, Stanford, California, February 12-14, 2018 SGP-TR-213 Characteristics of Geothermal Field Distribution and the Classification of Geothermal Types in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Plain Xinwei Wang1, Xiang Mao1, Xiaoping Mao2 Kewen Li2,3 1Sinopec Star Petroleum Corporation Limited, Beijing 100083, China 2China University of Geosciences (Beijing), 100083, China 3Stanford University, USA [email protected] Keywords: geothermal field distribution, modeling, geothermal temperature type, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Plain ABSTRACT In this paper, a comprehensive comparison between geothermal temperature distribution and basin structure has been carried out by using modeling a typical geothermal- geological section. It is found that the geothermal field of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Plain is characterized by zoning from east to west, segmentation from south to north, and vertical layering of the strata. From west to east, the geothermal field can be divided into five belts: the western sag, the central bulge, the eastern sag belt, the Cangxian uplift belt and the Cangdong sag belt. It is discovered that heat flow and cap-rock geothermal gradient are relatively high at basal bulge belts, but relatively low at sag belts. From north to south, the geothermal field of the Jizhong depression is divided into north, middle and south segments by the Xushui - Anxin and the Hengshui faults. Geothermal distribution in these segments also exhibits alternations between high and low values, which are similar to their basement structures. Vertically, the geothermal field within the overburden and underburden of the basal bulge belts displays a hierarchical structure of "mirror reflection". -

The activities Paenibacillus of strain CX-7 as biological fertilize to release P and K nutrient for plants and soil kribensis; of field were determination through field experiments. We found that the Phosphate and application of culture fluid of strain CX-7 was able to significantly increase the potassium content of phosphorus and potassium in plants and that in the soil. The content of solubilization; potassium in the soil increased by more than 10 mg/kg, the content of phosphorus Soil increased by 3~11 mg/kg. The average content of phosphorus in the plant increased phosphorus by 15.59% and the content of potassium increased by 30.05%. -

Objective: The aim of our study was to evaluate the feasibility, advantages, and challenges of mEDC in data collection, project management, and telemonitoring in a randomized controlled trial (RCT). Methods: We developed an mEDC to support an RCT called ªTelmisartan and Hydrochlorothiazide Antihypertensive Treatment (THAT)º study, which was a multicenter, double-blinded, RCT, with the purpose of comparing the efficacy of telmisartan and hydrochlorothiazide (HCTZ) monotherapy in high-sodium-intake patients with mild to moderate hypertension during a 60 days follow-up. Semistructured interviews were conducted during and after the trial to evaluate the feasibility, advantage, and challenge of mEDC. Nvivo version 9.0 (QSR International) was used to analyze records of interviews, and a thematic framework method was used to obtain outcomes. -

It appears that China provides export-contingent subsidies through a program establishing "Foreign Trade Transformation and Upgrading Demonstration Bases" ("Demonstration Bases") and "Common Service Platforms". Demonstration Bases are industrial clusters of enterprises in several Chinese industries, including the textiles, agriculture, medical products, light industry, special chemical engineering, new materials, and hardware and building materials industries. Common Service Platforms are service suppliers designated by China to provide services to enterprises in Demonstration Bases. China designates an industrial cluster of enterprises in a particular industry as a Demonstration Base and then provides export-contingent subsidies to the enterprises located in the Demonstration Base.
