The Power 5 win was the first for Montana since defeating Pittsburgh in November of Dec. 7 - Maizen Fausett, SUU 2017 and the first over a Pac-12 team in a decade. Dec. 14 - Tevian Jones, SUU 3 Three Big Sky teams are currently undefeated in league play with Dec. 21 - Tanner Groves, EWU Sacramento State and Southern Utah sitting at 2-0 and Eastern Washington at 1-0. Dec. 28 - Jan. 4 - 4 Portland State currently ranks fourth in the nation with 16.2 offensive rebounds per game. The Vikings have ranked in the top five nationally in Jan. 11 - the category the last three seasons, topping the country with 15.59 per game at the end of the 2018-19 season. Jan. 18 - Jan. 25 - 23 Weber State senior guard Isiah Brown has led the Big Sky in scoring all season with 21.2 points per game. The Big Sky newcomer currently sits Feb. 1 - 23rd nationally having scored at least 15 points in all five games. Feb. 8 - 26 Eastern Washington junior forward Tanner Groves set a career-high 26 Feb. 15 - points in EWU’s 80-64 win over Northern Arizona on Saturday. He shot 9-of-13 from the floor and 8-of-9 from the free-throw line. The performance Feb. 22 - helped him garner Big Sky Player of the Week honors. He set a career-high 26 points and American 0-0 matched a career-best 13 rebounds in a win over NAU in the Big Sky opener. America East 0-0 Groves totaled 17 points, seven rebounds and two blocks in a loss to Saint Mary’s. Atlantic 10 0-0 He went 16-of-23 from the field and 11-of-13 from the charity stripe.
