• After Comcast bought Adelphia and raised prices, I try to stay away from Comcast. I would change internet from Comcast to another provider if available • Bad customer service • Cable TV goes out much more often and longer than DirecTV • Comcast is a rip off company– I will never them any more money as long as I live • Comcast is one of the worst companies in US • Comcast is the only high speed internet option and they are very expensive • Comcast sucks • Cost and labor to lay cable is pricey • DirecTV • Dish company employee, discounted price • Do not have channels we watch • Docs not offer sports packages like DirecTV • Doesn't have NFL Sunday Ticket • Find the biased positions and propaganda and pharmacy advertisements untenable • Football and baseball package • Get employee discount at DirecTV • Had trouble with reception and overall cost. Dish is a better deal for us. Internet is the problem • Heard they had really bad customer service • House in mountains on rock • I don't believe Comcast satellite/cable is comparable to DirecTV • I get over the air (antenna) reception • I have nothing here, I wish there was something to get internet service • I have only Comcast internet • I subscribe to internet and stream and Hulu • I truly dislike Comcast • I would like to have cable TV but it cost too much • Lack of coverage, Ravens games blacked out • Less options than satellite for same cost • Long time use of sat TV • May not successfully post telephone number • Need DirecTV for NFL Sunday Ticket • Never able to fix cable; crap service • No cable lines installed on my property • No NFL Sunday Ticket • Not enough decent programs on TV to want to pay for service • Not enough programs I watch to justify cost; their deceptive pricing • Not sure we get service where we live • Not thrilled with customer service • Poor customer service • Poor customer service • Poor quality, crappy service • Poor service and high cost • Prefer selection on DirecTV

Exhibit A.1 A.1-3 CBG Communications, Inc.

• Prefer streaming options (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) • Service wasn't easily available at time of request in late 1980s • Terrible service, bad customer service, outages, waiting days for a tech • They do not have the channels we want (like BYU) • They do not offer NFL Sunday Ticket, Only DirecTV has it • They don't come to our house - neighbors have it, we don't. They said they wouldn't service us. • They're 23 homes on Renner without service, all of which would like it–our road has 3 zip codes and ours is in the middle with service on both ends with both other zip codes –––VERY FRUSTRATING!!! • Too expensive, keep on changing (increasing) price • Too many channels on cable that I don't want • Verizon FiOS • Very long time ago had and quit, changed to DirecTV, Comcast has new ownership but happy with DirecTV • Waiting for installation • Want to choose programming, not get bundles of junk • Was not satisfied in past • Wasn't an option when I got TV components in early 2000s home theatre • Way too expensive • We are stuck with a package and get 99% of stations we don't want • We used to have Comcast. They were a terrible company to deal with. Never answered their phone. Rude. Kepy raising the prices. Incorrect changes. • When we moved in 2003, the options with satellite were better

Q2. Other (Describe)

• Comcast billing and customer service were inconsistent and difficult to do business with. I am not comfortable giving my money to this company in return for poor service. • Comcast is soooo expensive!!!!!!!! • Comcast TV lacks so much that Direct TV gives you. The guide is not user friendly and the service with Comcast is sub standard • Currently under new construction so that Comcast is available. This was a very unpleasant experience. • Customer service is AWFUL! • Customer service is rude. • Customer Service was intolerable. Bill changed month to month for no particular reason. • Customer Service, Tech Support, Cost • Direct TV provides the best service with limited interruption and in the + 20 I have had them has had ZERO outages. I had Comcast in the past and at one point went > 30 days without TV or internet and was told by Comcast that due to cost and customer base it was not i a hurry to correct the issue. I will never go to Comcast with the exception of internet. If Verizon offered FiOS in Urbana Comcast would be history in my house. • Dish Network has better customer service and better hardware, and fewer service disruptions despite the fact that it's subject to weather conditions • Dislike their customer service and high prices • Do not offer NFL Sunday ticket • Do not want to watch crappy biased TV • Don't like Comcast service or the cost! The fact that it is a monopoly. • Due to terrible customer support experience with Comcast's other services • Everyone I know that has Comcast complains about how bad the custom service, quality, and cost are. • FIOS not available • Had bad experience with them as previous subscriber at another location. • Happy with DirecTV; same channel numbers across the country • Have had DirecTV for 12 years and have been reluctant to switch due to Comcast very poor reputation for customer service • Heard about bad Comcast customer service • High cost for channels that we are not interested in getting. • History of poor customer service. • Horrendous service • Horrible customer service • Horrible Customer Service and no Sunday football package • Horrible customer service!!! • I didn't want dish and Comcast was convenient and at a reasonable price • I do not like the way they force monopolies and flood Congress with money to keep them. Unfortunately, I do have to pay them for Internet access because (of course) there are no alternatives for that. • I generally find streaming over the internet to better suit my TV watching needs • I hate Comcast service. It has only worked in my house 1/5 of the time in the 3 years I liv d here. I only have it because they are the only one in my area! We need competition. • I have only internet with Comcast but I have no other options for fast internet. Their TV sucks and

customer service sucks. • I live in a condo community and we have a Comcast only building. • I only need the freely available channels. • Image quality, device pricing and quality • I've had Comcast previously and was extremely dissatisfied with the service and customer service. • Life is better without it. • Lines never run to my house, • More options on Satellite • NFL Sunday Ticket is not offered by Comcast • No Internet available from any provider here either • No other services available • Not willing to pay for watching TV. I get free broadcast digital TV channels using an antenna • Only choice • Only choice we have • Poor customer service (4) • Poor customer service, substandard HD. • Poor service • Price changing for no reason, poor customer service and unreliable service • Refuse to purchase cable • was cheaper with better customer service and provided enough content for our needs. • Satellite already established at residence and have had no need to change. • Service is horrible! We signed up last year and they scheduled a technician to do the installation, but when the technician got here, he discovered that there wasn't even signal to the pedestal, much less to our house. Their customer service representatives are rude and not helpful at all. • Service was terrible couldn't get them to respond • Terrible customer service • Terrible package options and deceiving sales • The contract commitment is too long for me. DirecTV is great at renegotiating after a year. • The cost of renting a box and insufficient channel offerings at a high price. • The line stops 200 yards up the street and they will not extend it to our house unless we pay 8000.00. There are many other houses that would be served by the line but they will not extend it. • The service and customer service were poor • They don't offer some of the Soccer channels in HD • They have horrible customer service and they completely take advantage of the fact that they have a monopoly. There is no other company more frustrating to deal with! • They have the faster internet speed available • Too expensive, over the air antenna works great for what we actually want to watch. • Use DirecTV for NFL package • Waiting for the day cable television service is available from more than one company • Was told our driveway is too long and if we want service we have to pay $15,000.00! • we "cut the cord" a year ago. The high cost and declining service prompted us to go with streaming services. Unfortunately, we still have to use Comcast for our internet (which is slow and weak, but of course still expensive) • We have both DirecTV and Comcast TV • We like DirecTV • We've asked for service to no avail. It is on Warner Road right behind us.

• While I am a subscriber I feel that their rates are EXTREMELY too high, and since there is not a competitor in the area don't have a choice but to stay with them. • Would like another option besides DirecTV • YouTube and Netflix offer better competing entertainment. I prefer my news in written form (newspapers, websites).

Q5. If “Yes” please indicate

• A la carte - let me buy only the channels I want • A la carte programming • Add Fox affiliate from Baltimore (Channel 45). • Aljazeera • All NFL games; not nearly as many HDTV channels as other providers we have used previously (like FIOS) • American Hero’s Channel HD (only available in SD) • Baltimore stations in HD or at least WBFF channel 45...we are not part of Washington • Boomerang (3) • But it's too expensive • BYU channel • Cafeteria plan • Cheaper and offer NFL Sunday ticket • Choice to subscribe • CMT (4) • CMT and some others I can't remember • CMT, Spike • Cooking Channel (4) • Cooking channel, DIY network • Cooking channel, OWN • DIY Channel • DIY Network (3) • DIY, food • DIY, FUSE • DOG TV • Ecuavision • Educational programming (documentaries, engineering, science, nature, etc.) • Everyone else • FiOS offers better packages! MSNBC should be available on lower packages! • German • Glenn Beck The Blaze • Good shows • Hallmark, Oprah • HBO • Hindi and Gujarati channels, ZeeTV SonyTV • I pay for HBO. I should be able to use HBO go app on all my devices, but Comcast does not allow Tgia • I thought cable TV has the responsibility to provide local TV if you have a connection but do not subscribe to cable. Comcast scrambles all TV channels. • I would like to be able to select only the channels I want in my Cable package • Indian channels like dish • International, European programming

Rip off! • More cooking, DIY, Fitness, Home & garden • More free movies and channels that offer free movies • More free movies. none of newer movies are free • More HD channels (all premium channels, Nick Jr) • More high school sports on a regular basis. • More sports • My system is constantly going down so at times I have no channels. Comcast has been out to fix it 8-10 times in 3 years and give me different reasons for not being able to fix it. That is in addition to the thousands of hours I've spent on the phone with Comcast trying to get it fixed • NASA channel • Netflix :) • New movie and television programs, history and science channels, • NFL football • NFL NETWORK • NFL network, DIY TV • NFL Sunday Ticket • NFL Sunday Ticket and RFD TV • NFL Ticket • Not sure I understand the question. We would like more channels but can't afford anything except basic. • Not sure what else is available to answer • Outdoor TV, more coverage from Europe and Asia • Pay for channels you want rather than don't want • Premium • Rai Italian • RFD TV • Service in my area • Shows on Netflix • Shudder, ov guide • Spike TV • Sunday Ticket (Direct TV) • Supported public access and local origination • Tennis • The blaze and more outdoor channels • The number of channels available to me is static while the price has increased greatly over time. • They are available but not affordable • Too many I don't want and some I can't get that info want. • Travel channel • TV shows-Guardian, more documentaries, newer released movies • Verizon FiOS • We had and Science Channel before our price reduction but cannot get them back. • WGN America • Would like to be able to choose which channels subscribed

Q26.d I don’t have internet access at home or high-speed internet (please indicate below)

• Address not serviced by cable or DSL • Cable internet not available at Harley Road, Middletown • Comcast cable lines are NOT installed on the street I live on. I use T-Mobile for internet services on my cell phone. • Cost/Not available in our area- we use the data from our cell phones for internet • FiOS not available to neighborhood • I don’t have cable internet because they will not extend the run unless I pay 8000.00. Both ends of ny road have cable but there is no line run to the homes between these two points. • I have Comcast, but high speed is not available in West Winds. • It's not available in my area - see address above • It's not offered, unless we pay Verizon a ton for metered service. • No device in my area • No high-speed because Verizon does not offer it in our area. Also DSL works well for us. • No line in neighborhood. • No options available except for satellite and cell phone data • Nobody offers it in our area unless it is per gig, and it's not worth it because it's too expensive. • None is available (2) • The installation process is still in progress. • We use a cell phone connection through Verizon. Cable is not available and satellite is unreliable in our area. • Cost (5) • Too expensive (2) • Had Comcast internet, did not like their service. • I have lowest speed internet because other packages were too expensive. • I use a Wifi to connect since I need to be able to connect to my work server via a secure VPN connection and satellite provided Internet is not secure. • Not sure if it's high speed or not • Satellite internet is too restrictive and too expensive • The wording of this question makes no sense.
