Five (5) members of UAPBCC represented and joined the TWG for Burnham Park Master Plan.
The United Architects of the Philippines – Baguio City Chapter as members of the technical working group for the Burnham Redevelopment actively involved in the discussion of proposed Burnham Master Plan by Landscape Architect and our NEVP Sir Renato Heray, fuap. The presentation was a summary of all inputs from the technical working group.
It was also participated by locals and professionals within the city including UAP Cordillera and Summer Capital.

The United Architects of the Philippines – Baguio City Chapter August General Membership Meeting was held in Orchard Hotel last Sept 17 with over 100 architects in attendance for its first official GMM. During the event, it is a combination of Seminar, Product Presentations, GMM and fellowship, during the GMM proper, UAP BCC Chapter President Arch. Shirley Damoco discussed the newly approved district and board resolutions and updated the activities for this fiscal year.
The GMM also was graced by our District Director Arch. Eugene Lumdang of UAP Cordillera Chapter.

Spearheaded by Arch. Stephanie Gilles during her stay in Baguio, they together with UAP BCC Active Member, Past President Arch. Cristito Valdivia, had visited Bishop Victor Bendico of Baguio, Head of the CBCP Commission on Liturgy, to show him the video summary of the Conference, gave him a copy of Archikonst Magazine where the Conference was featured and updated him with the recent projects of GOLD/UAP-CLASS, including application for CBCP Recognition. Also they met Fr. Dexter Martin, Chancellor of the Cathedral, who showed them the documentation of Heritage Mapping of the churches in Baguio. Lastly, met with Fr. Vic, parish priest of Our Lady of Lourdes in Kisad Road, the dynamic mover who is bringing back the aesthetic sense. “Mission and Vision” by Mrs. Brenda Villanueva’s FABulous People in Sun.Star Baguio Organizations indeed have a major role in nation and community building. In unison with our government’s mission and vision are members from the different sectors who in their capacity bring fruition for a better society. The United Architects of the Philippines Baguio City Chapter’s goal is “to unite the registered and licensed architects and preserve, protect, and promote the profession, the professionals, and the professional organization”. Moreover, the UAP Baguio City Chapter, with its "millennial" roster of officers, continues its goal to create and develop innovative activities and programs, and hold active social involvement for the architectural profession. Its chapter slogan is to “Unveil the Ambition to Progress through Bravery, Creativity, and Character”. Congratulations to the new set of officers UAP Baguio City Chapter. The 2019-2020 officers are Chapter President Shirley Damoco, Vice President for Programs Jonard Don Bactad Jardenil, Vice President for Operations Carizza Dale Dirige, Secretary Julie Ann Manabat, Treasurer Neil Cayanan, and Auditor Jefferson Ventura. The Board of Directors are Christine Jann Que, Ariel Sualog, Mae Belle Tade, Oriel Baloran, and Charmaine Louise Yap. The Immediate Chapter President is Arven Lac-amen.
