Tour Programs Tour Program Thank you for your interest in my tour program Alamut 4 nights/ 5days Day 1 Arrival Welcome to Iran and especially Qazvin! Your tour begins when you are greeted by our representative who will assist you from Minoudar square of Qazvin and take you to Alamut road and your accommodation. In the road, you can enjoy the incredible road, beautiful mountains. Sure save your memoirs with nice photography. This day is your own. Day 2 Breakfast at the great house with the best view followed by a full day tour. In the morning you will be driven to see the great Alamut castle, the most famous castle of Hassan Sabbah. These huge and great castle structures were built in 1090 AD, marking the start of the Alamut period in Ismaili history. After hiking and walking through of the castle you could see the castle museum in the Gazorkhan village. Then you have lunch in your house. In the evening if you want to see the wonderful mountains of Kochenan you will be taken to Kochenan village. Afterwards, you will be returned to your house. Day 3 After breakfast, you will be taken to see the Ovan Lake at the end of Zarabad village road. Enjoy sightseeing lake. Then get ready for Zarabad saint place. This place is so holy for local people of this village and the name of it is Imammzadeh Zarrabad. There is a very old tree in the backyard of this holy place that the local people believe, this trees will be bleeding from its trunk in special days. You will be surprised, it’s unusual but that is right. Afterwards, you will be returned to your house. Day 4 After breakfast, you will be taken to see the Shams Kelaye Castle, the Hidden castle of Alamut. This place is so calm and full of silence. There are three castles in Alamut and one of them is in this village. Most tourists don’t know this castle, though it is a secret place. There is a holy place near the castle that native peoples have especially believed about it. After that, you can visit the Shams Kelaye Village and take photos of old houses…. Afterwards, you will be returned to your house. Day 5 After breakfast, you will be driven to Garmaroud village, one of the pretty village full of fruits, corps, and wonderful mountains. You can enjoy from a waterfall in PicheBon Village and PicheBon Land. In the return way, you will be taken to Andej mountains, you will be surprised by huge and pretty mountains of Andej. Methods: Essential oil was prepared by steam distillation and analyzed by Gas chromatography and GC/Mass. Anti- oxidant, antimicrobial, cytotoxic effects and AChE inhibitory of the oil were investigated using DPPH, disk diffusion method, MTT assay and Ellman methods. Larvicidal activity of F. trifida essential oil against malaria vector Anoph- eles stephensi was carried out according to the method described by WHO. Results: In GC and GC/MS analysis, 58 compounds were identified in the aerial parts essential oil, of which E-ver- benol (9.66%), isobutyl acetate (25.73%) and E-β-caryophyllene (8.68%) were main compounds.
