He broke camp in 2018 with the Double-A Richmond Flying Squirrels, posting a 3.45 ERA with 93 strikeouts in 94 innings before being called up to make his Triple-A debut in Sacramento. TYLER BEEDE PITCHER 14 Bat: R | Throw: R | Height: 6’2” | Weight: 210 | DOB: 5/23/93 Beede, drafted in 2014’s first round out of Vanderbilt University, made more starts than any other River Cats pitcher during his Triple-A debut season in 2017 and is the No. 24-ranked prospect in the system according to MLB Pipeline. He struggled during the 2018 season with the River Cats and was sent to the bullpen for the remainder of the year, but made some mechanical adjustments in the offseason and will be back in the rotation for 2019. TY BLACH PITCHER 31 Bat: R | Throw: L | Height: 6’1” | Weight: 205 | DOB: 10/20/90 Blach is back in a River Cats uniform after spending all of 2017 and 2018 with the San Francisco Giants. There, he pitched the third most innings on the club in 2017 and followed that up with 118.2 a year later.
