Fry Club & Conference Centre Is the Perfect Venue If You Are Looking To Fry Club & Conference Centre is the perfect venue if you are looking to hold an event in pleasant surroundings that is easily accessible from both Bristol & Bath. Situated in the beautiful grounds of the Cadbury’s Somerdale factory at Keynsham, we offer a service level that is second to none. Our function & events rooms are available for all wedding receptions, parties, anniversaries, dinners and dances, and with a refreshment menu to suit any function, we are the ideal choice. Carter Room This is our largest room. Suitable for large parties, celebrations, dances and annual dinners, it can seat up to 200 people for a show and up to 120 for a dinner dance. It has its own bar, a 23.5m² raised stage and a balcony which overlooks our main sports field. Room measurements: 28.3m x 9.4m. Somerdale Room Named after the beautiful location in which Fry Club stands, the Somerdale room is ideal for the more intimate dinner or gathering. With views over our main sports field and aged woodlands, its own private bar and central dance floor, it can accommodate 50 for a dinner and 75 for an evening party. Room measurements: 12.2m x 9.1m. Somerdale Lodge The room is situated in our annexe building opposite the main factory. Suitable for large parties up to 180 people. This room has its own bar and amenities and overlooks our main sports field. Room measurements: approximately 28m x 9m. Chandos Room Situated at the far end of the conference centre on the lower level, this room is ideal for informal parties and dances. This room has two skittle alleys which can be closed off to accommodate 150 for a party & disco. This room has its own access (if required) and its own bar. Room measurements: 19.8m x 7.8m. All rooms are fully air conditioned. Finger & Fork Buffets Our Finger & Fork Buffets have been designed to offer you and your guests an exciting variety of tastes. These buffets can cater for any number with no restrictions (unless otherwise mentioned). Simply select your starter, main course & dessert; add coffee if you wish to create your own set menu for everyone to enjoy. Just add up the price per person - it is that easy! All quality wines on this list have an alcohol content between 8% and 15% by volume Arranging Your Function Private functions held in the evening and weekends can only be booked by a member of Fry Club. You can become a member in order to make the booking. The person making the booking will be responsible for ensuring that the following rules are observed and are asked to sign the undertaking on the function booking form. PLEASE NOTE – There is no admission to any function after 10pm and we suggest that this is stated on any invitations. BOOKING FEE The room hire charge is to be paid within 14 days of making the booking and this will guarantee the room. This charge is non-returnable. If this deposit is not received within this period it will be assumed that the booking is not required and therefore deemed cancelled. Room hire charges are not subject to V.A.T. and are correct at time of printing. Rooms are available between the times of 7:00pm and Midnight (Chandos Room with Skittles is 7:00pm to 11:00pm) Additional hours will be charged at £30 per hour. A 50% room hire charge will be applied if these numbers are not met. CATERING Fry Club & Conference Centre is responsible for all catering on site.
