I am a friendly, passionate person who is extremely ambitious. As expected, I love every aspect of my work but I ensure I never forget my key beliefs, which are to be “Professional, Competitive, Reliable, and Friendly.” I work tirelessly to ensure my customers are the most important thing when completing their electrical needs and while my expectations remain to the highest degree, I ensure their safety is paramount. In many homes, electrical standards are somewhat behind where they could be in various aspects and I do everything I can to ensure every house is safe and that the client is protected. Since I started my business I have tried to support individuals wishing to train in the 4 electrical industry and currently support two apprentice electricians who are working to become fully qualified. I hope to pass on the knowledge and 2 passion I have and show them that this industry, can be both pleasurable and successful. 1 I will continue to make homes safer and to support young people because 0 this is what I love doing the most. 2 Livia Lucie s Three 29 Design Telephone 07534 892 464 d I set up my business in September 2009, right after I had finished college. I r didn’t study business or graphic design in high school or college, so I am a completely self-taught in both. I am grateful to have so many loyal clients who keep coming back - even w those who are my first few! They’ve put up with a lot of price changes since I first started. I am always complimented on my customer service and I pride A myself with that – as there is nothing worse than terrible service! The majority of my client base is covered overseas but I am working more s and more with local businesses especially since my last Business Awards win! s In May I completed a project for a local charity ‘Mbollou’ who aid those over in the Gambia. I got their website looking the part and I’m sure we will be e working together again soon. n I offer a wide range of services from print projects like brochures, flyers, i business cards, cover art and so on. Along with that I also do web based s design, whether it be websites or social media. I also handle branding for start-ups to re-brands on established business - even with individuals like u recording artists. Recently I have had my first retail album art put together which will be for B sale online and in shops in the future. It’s for a Texas based singer/songwriter; Jessica Clemmons who is managed by a London based company. In the future I hope to get offices and employ other young creatives to expand my business. The most 5 recent campaign was meeting with MP Edward Timpson in Parliament to discuss the effects of packaging on cigarettes. In addition to this role I have recently joined the Crewe and Nantwich Cancer Research UK committee and am actively fundraising and creating as much awareness for the charity locally. Next month I will be taking part in the Manchester SHINE sponsored walk and I have approached local businesses to sponsor the cause. In my spare time I am a keen musician, writing, producing and recording my own music.
