The Commission renews the broadcasting licences for the radio programming undertakings listed in the appendix to this decision, from 1 September 2013 to 31 December 2013. All of the undertakings listed in the appendix are subject to the terms and conditions of licence in effect under their current licences. 2. This decision does not dispose of any substantive issues that may exist with respect to the renewal of these licences. Secretary General *This decision is to be appended to each licence. (2) In Broadcasting Decision 2013-309, the Commission also approved the transfer of CKCE-FM to a new corporation to be incorporated. (3) In Broadcasting Decision 2013-309, the Commission also approved the transfer from Bell Media Inc. and 7550413 Canada Inc., partners in Bell Media Toronto Radio Partnership and in Bell Media Canada Radio Partnership, of the assets of their respective broadcasting undertakings to Bell Media Inc. and 8384819 Canada Inc., partners in a general partnership carrying on business as Bell Media Toronto Radio 2013 Partnership, and to Bell Media Inc. and 8384819 Canada Inc., partners in a general partnership carrying on business as Bell Media Canada Radio 2013 Partnership. .
